99 Adventurer Silencers

Looking for some aftermarket slipon silencers that look nice and sound nice.. I bought some cheap ones from eBay a while back and they didn't fit right and sounded like there was no muffler at all..did anybody have the carbs rejetted to stop the popping?

I actually like the popping on my Bonnie; but you can reduce the popping by changing the pilot jets. If you are going to rejet, I recommend a dyno run with an exhaust sniffer. That will how you need to go to the air/fuel mixture right. I had to do two runs change the jets twice to get mine nailed down. I didn't change the pilots because I like the popping.
