675 is awesome

I have a 2008 Daytona 675 that I track ride. This past May 10th and 11th I had track days at Road America.

I managed to turn a bunch of 2 minute and 40 second lap times. Which BTW was fast enough to get me the promotion from the Intermediate class to the Advanced class!

This is a huge achievement for me.

The coolest part about it though. I used to track ride a 2005 Yamaha R1. My best lap time on the R1 was 2:40 for one lap and I could maintain a 2:44 consistently.

Now I can string together 2:40's consistently on the 675. On a 4 mile track, that's hauling.

The video was taken with a Panasonic flash drive camera. The video files have a MOD extension. I have not yet found a decent way (read that as free) to convert the files to something I can share. Any ideas?
