An amazing breakthrough allows this 3 year old deaf boy to hear his Father's voice for the first time!

Of course being only 3 and not being able to hear, he hasn't the ability to talk yet like some deaf adults who've gotten this implant done.

I suppose the sound he heard really made no real impression on him as far as what it was or meant as he now has to learn sounds and relate them to what he already knows.
