2016 Speed Triple, Add Cruise Control?

Anyone add the 2018 LH Handlebar Cluster(or 2016 Tiger) with Cruise switch to a 2016 or 17 Speed Triple?

Is it possible to enable it on the 16 ECU?

Looking at buying a 16' Speed Triple.

Why would you need a cruise control on a naked sporty? They have cruise on the 2020+ Rocket 3's and it pulls like a freight train any speed any gear.

I'm old, I ride a lot, over an hour to twisty roads, 15 miles one way to work down I35. Do you have an answer to my question?

For the limited amount of riding time you might need a cruise, have you considered a throttle lock? It's a poor man's cruise control and I used them on my 99 Trophy, 81 XS11, 05 Rocket on and on. They were a cramp buster for those longer days of highway drone riding. That said CC came installed on my 20 Bobber Black, and I could add it to my T-120 and Thruxton if I wanted so there should be an option out there for the triples.

I still have the Throttle Meister from my 96 Ducati SP, just not the bike. I've had a history with those. Not really interested. My 21 Duke 890R, I added cruise for the same reason. Sold that in April with 18k on the dial. During the timeframe I owned that, tallied 42k on my baggers.
Just s soon get the cruise. I get what you're saying though.

They put CC on the 2021 models of the RS, you might check with your Triumph tech and see if that can be used with the ECU on your 16 model.
