Hey everyone,

I have been working on my 76' Bonni for a few years now. I am adding a few modern touches to this bike (Corbin seat, controls off a TT600, digital electronic ign. and so forth). I was thinking of adding some modern forks off a T595 and some kind of newer swing arm so I can run a somewhat wider tire in the rear. I have seen pictures of a 78' bonni with a Daytona 675 front end. Any ideas??????

No matter what I do I want to keep this bike 100% Triumph. Maybe a Speed Triple Single sided in the rear???? Who knows? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Street

Yes, I don't see a huge problem with a modern set of forks at all. The tough part will be adapting the frame to mount any mono shock swingarm weather it's a single or dual sided one.

GrandPaul (here on the forum) did a monoshock set up on an old Norton Commando. In fact I think there are photos of it in the photo gallery. But he'd definitely be the guy to talk to as our resident chief fabricator....LOL!
